RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Pubi Technology Limited Marks, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Items marked as Final Sale, Non-returnable, or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at service@eqzone.cn with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
  • Ship the item(s) back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet return eligibility requirements.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at service@eqzone.cn within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
